Information for passengers with disabilities
The respective airlines provide additional services for people with disabilities or limited mobility, to make the stay on board the aircraft as comfortable as possible. Depending on your illness or disability, you have the obligation to register as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary preparations for you. Unfortunately, for the sake of general safety and personal assistance, we can only carry a limited number of passengers with limited mobility per flight.
We kindly ask you to arrive at one of our check-in desks 30 minutes before the regular check-in time on your departure day. If you use a wheelchair with electric drive, please check in 60 minutes earlier.
Of course, you are welcome to bring your own wheelchair or other mobility equipment. We transport these for free.
