For late or unregistered cases, we can not provide care.
Unfortunately, for the sake of overall safety and personal assistance, we can only carry a limited number of passengers with reduced mobility per flight. The transport of your wheelchair or other mobility aids is, of course, free of charge.
Please book your desired service easily and conveniently online or via our contact center at least 48 hours before departure.
Please allow enough time for the departure day. We ask our passengers with reduced mobility to arrive at the check-in counter 30 minutes before regular check-in.
