Here you will find everything you need to know about your checked-in luggage, hand luggage and special baggage!

Hand baggage
Maximum weight: 8 kg
Maximum mass: 55 × 40 × 20 cm

Checked baggage
Adults and children (from 2 years): max. 23 kg
Infants (less than 2 years): max. 10 kg
In addition to the baggage allowance, you can give a baby carriage, buggy, child seat or cot per infant for free.

Excess baggage: Any further excess baggage costs EUR 12 or CHF 12 per kilogram. The checked baggage may not be heavier than 32 kg.

We always recommend you to take out a baggage insurance.

Certain items may not be carried in the luggage because they are too dangerous.

Would you like to take your bike, musical instruments, medical equipment etc. with you? No problem - we carry your special baggage!

In general, you must register your special baggage at least 48 hours before departure. It may weigh a maximum of 30 kg.
