Children from age 5 until the completion of the 14th year for flights to and from Kosovo and North Macedonia can also fly on our flights without an adult escort. The flight and ground personnel care for single children during the entire flight journey and bring them safely to their destination.

Children traveling alone must be registered online or in the contact center at the latest 48 hours before departure. For late or unregistered cases, the flight is not guaranteed.

The transportation of all traveling children presupposes the consent of the parents. In case of a completed booking, the required documents (forms, declaration of consent, notarial authentication) and booking confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The documents must be handed in at the check-in desk on the day of departure.

Minors from age 15 to the completion of the 17th year for flights to and from Kosovo and North Macedonia also require written permission from their parents.

For the care of the children traveling alone, a service fee CHF 90.- per route will be charged by the operating airline. The service charge is payable at the check-in desk on the day of departure.
